I'll be the first to admit that I have always struggled with my skin, from the age of around 12 I have suffered with a 'combination' skin type and for the past few years I have been looking for products that actually work! I have tried pretty much every skin care product out there and nothing was very effective for me!

Until I recently read some really great reviews on Elemis products, I had a look around and found some really great products that I have tried and tested and now I want to share them with you guys!! The first product which I absolutely LOVE is the Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm, I know what you're thinking; a BALM on your face is going to get pretty greasy but you're completely wrong! The balm comes with a cute little white wash cloth and tiny spatula which shows you how much product to use.  It costs £40 from the Elemis website - but I would recommend shopping around because a lot of places do great deals on Elemis products! I know £40 is a lot to spend on one cleanser but honestly your skin will feel so much softer and more refreshed and I've had mine for over a month and I've barely made a dent in it! I use it every night before bed and when I wake up my skin still feels so fresh!!


The second product that I wanted to mention was the Herbal Lavender Repair Mask, I love this product and it's perfect for blemish prone skin. It's a clay mask so it is quite thick but I love these are my favourite face masks because I feel like it's really getting into my pores and clearing them out! I'm not a big fan of high street brands of face masks as the fruity flavours tend to irritate my skin and therefore do the opposite of what they're meant to! But the lavender mask is really cooling and it smells incredible! The instructions say to use it once or twice a week so I usually have a Friday night face mask to refresh myself ready for the weekend! simply wear the mask for10 minutes, enjoy the light tingling feeling and wash off!
